تم تصميم هذه الدورة لتزويد المتدربين بالمعرفة والمهارات المطلوبة لإجراء عمليات تدقيق الطرف الأول والثاني والثالث لأنظمة إدارة سلامة الأغذية مقابل FSSC 22000 ، وفقًا لـ 15019011 و ISO 22003 و 15017021 ، حسب الحالة.
- This course is designed to provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of food safety management systems against FSSC 22000, in accordance with 15019011, ISO 22003 and 15017021, as applicable.
- This course is for those intending to acquire the competence to audit an organisation's entire FSMS to meet the requirements of ISO 22000 and the FSSC 22000 scheme, either as a third or second-party auditor.
- Successful completion of this CQI and IRCA Certified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor (FSMS) Training will satisfy the training requirement for certification as an IRCA Certificated FSMS auditor.
