About the Training
This qualification is aimed at those responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of systems in their workplaces, Supervisors and workers with long experience are mostly fit for this level.

Duration:
The total qualification time (TQT) for this qualification is 15 hours and this qualification is usually delivered over 2 days.
How is the qualification assessed?
This qualification is assessed by a 60-minute, 30-question multiple-choice examination, where the learners must answer 18 out of 30 questions correctly to pass and 24 questions to achieve a distinction.
